AGM’s & Community Volunteering Day

WHEN : Sunday 14th May from 11am (AGM’s will start at 2pm)

WHERE: Garden Village Peace Hall, Hilltop Walk (we plan to hold the AGM’s outside, if the weather is really bad we’ll go inside). 

This year we are again combining the Community Volunteering Day and the AGM’s. Can you spare an hour of your time to help keep the hall looking smart?  Tasks involve weeding, cleaning, painting etc.  Drop in anytime between 11am – 2pm.  We would be grateful of any time you can give.  

Then from 2pm join us for the Annual General Meetings of the Woldingham Garden Village Road Fund Assocation (WGVRFA), Woldingham Garden Village Residents Association (WGVRA) and the Garden Village (Woldingham) Peace Centre Charity. Come along and find out what the Village Hall and Committee does. If you fancy joining us all committee positions are open

The AGM notices and nomination forms for the WGVRA and the Garden Village Peace Centre Trustees, the minutes from last years AGM, Accounts for the year ending 28/2/22, Chairmans report and Agenda will all be available on this page through the links below.   Remember, to vote at the WGVRA meeting you need to be a paid member and the membership year commenced again on 1st March. Membership remains the same at £30 per household (or £15 per individual member). Instructions for payment are contained in the Chairmans Report below. Please consider setting up a standing order if you are able to.

WHERE: Joining instructions have been sent by e-mail to those addresses held in our distribution list.  If you haven’t received yours please e-mail info@wgvra.org.uk

The Annual General Meetings of the Woldingham Garden Village Residents Association (WGVRA) and the Garden Village (Woldingham) Peace Centre Charity will take place on Thurs 22nd April following on from the Woldingham Garden Village Road Fund Assocation (WGVRFA) AGM.

Dial in and find out what the Village Hall and Committee does. If you fancy joining us all committee positions are open We also need volunteers from time to time, even if it is once per year. Please consider helping your community and your local Village Hall.
